We offer several convenient ways to pay your bill. Choose the option that works best for you.

If you opted for email statements, bills are sent to your Spacestar email address unless you have requested a different address. Receipts, late notices, and other correspondence will also be sent to this address.
Paper billing is available for $2.00/month. Statements are mailed to the postal address on file.
If you pay by card, you will not receive a statement but will receive a receipt via email. Please ensure we have a current email address on file.
Account on hold? If you'll be away for over a month, we can place your account on hold status. Your monthly charge will be reduced to $5.00/month (email only). Contact our billing department for details.
